Koncile was awarded Startup of the Year at the 10th edition of ADRA’Up. This recognition is particularly meaningful to us, as it comes from ADRA, widely regarded as the leading procurement network in France. ADRA brings together procurement directors and leaders from some of the country’s largest organizations, including groups such as LVMH and TotalEnergies. Being recognized by a community known for its high standards, maturity, and strong culture of collaboration gives this award special significance.
Koncile is elected startup of the year by ADRA. The solution turns procurement documents into actionable data to detect savings, monitor at scale, and improve strategic decisions.
Koncile converts procurement documents — contracts, purchase orders, quotes, invoices — into structured, usable and verifiable data. This transformation relies in particular on optical character recognition, which makes it possible to convert complex and heterogeneous documents into reliable data that can be analyzed, controlled, and leveraged at scale.
The objective is simple: help procurement teams unlock the value of information still largely under-used today.Currently, less than 20% of the data contained in procurement documents is actually exploited. Currently, less than 20% of the data contained in procurement documents is actually exploited. Our ambition is clear: make 100% of useful information visible to manage spend effectively.
This approach has already led to tangible results for our clients:
With structured data, procurement departments can now:
This recognition from ADRA confirms that document data is still an under-leveraged strategic asset, and that activating it can profoundly transform the procurement function.
Procurement documents too often remain unused in systems. At Koncile, we chose to wake them up.
This award also strengthens our commitment to supporting procurement teams toward a new era: clearer, more transparent spend, more reliable controls, more structured governance, and higher, measurable performance. Achieving this shift requires robust and governable data foundations, which is precisely the role of intelligent document processing in modern procurement organizations.
ADRA selects only one start-up each year, and past winners (such as Malt, GoJob and Flowie) show how demanding the competition is. Since each start-up can only participate once in its entire existence, being selected among the most innovative solutions reinforces our determination to accelerate even further.
We extend our sincere thanks to Hugues de Planta, Managing Director of ADRA, and Cédric Le Savéant, a key organiser and facilitator within the procurement ecosystem. Their support, insights and trust played a major role in this journey.
We also thank all ADRA members for their warm welcome, their interest, and the inspiring discussions that followed this award.
