Email import

Do you receive many documents from suppliers or clients? You probably spend a lot of time handling attachments: opening them, reading them, manually entering information. With Koncile’s email integration, you eliminate this processing time. All extracted information is centralized in one place.

Your email attachments are automatically forwarded to Koncile through a redirection. They are then sorted and routed to the correct “AI reading grid”, meaning your document models. For each attachment type (invoice, ID document, supplier file, report, etc.), you choose which information you want to extract. All consolidated data is available directly in Koncile.

Koncile’s document automation engine performs the following steps:

1. Koncile receives the email and isolates each attachment (PDF, images, text documents, DOCX files…).
2. For PDFs and images, Koncile applies OCR: text extraction, layout reconstruction, information block detection.
3. The AI classifies each document and sends it to the correct extraction model.
4. The data you configured is extracted, structured, and enriched (formatting, validation, normalization).
