We are taking a key step in document automation. Koncile is now compatible with Make, Zapier, and N8n, three of the most powerful automation platforms on the market. This integration paves the way for smooth workflows, without a line of code, to connect Koncile to all your daily tools.

Connect, automate, accelerate

  • Make (formerly Integromat) allows scenarios to be created visually, with high precision and customization.
  • Zapier offers an intuitive interface to connect Koncile to thousands of professional applications in a few clicks.
  • N8n, an open-source platform, is ideal for technical teams or self-hosted environments.

These integrations make it possible to create tailor-made automation chains, adapted to each organization.

An example of a use case

Imagine: a PDF file is added to a Google Drive folder. This simple gesture automatically triggers a sequence:

  1. The file is transferred to Koncile OCR,
  2. Key data (amounts, references, dates...) are extracted,
  3. This information is sent to a third party tool like Google Sheets, your CRM, or a business system.

The result: data that can be used in real time, without any manual intervention.

Concrete scenarios for each use

Here are some examples of workflows that can be easily activated:

  • Slack → Kincile → Notion
A file shared in a Slack channel is automatically processed by Koncile, then integrated into a Notion database, sorted and searchable.
  • Gmail → Koncile → Airtable
An attachment received by email is extracted via Koncile and the data is injected, field by field, into an Airtable database.
  • Dropbox → Koncile → Webhook/API
A document added to Dropbox triggers an automatic extraction. Data is sent via webhook to your internal tools.

Towards complete automation

Each scenario eliminates manual tasks, reduces the risk of errors, and speeds up document processing. In a few clicks, you gain efficiency while making your data reliable.

These integrations mark a new era for document management. Automation is becoming accessible, customizable, and scalable.

MCP OCR: How Koncile Lets AI Agents Extract Documents Natively

Until recently, connecting an OCR engine to an AI assistant meant writing custom code, managing API calls manually, and building the glue between your language model and your document processing pipeline. With the Model Context Protocol (MCP), that entire layer disappears. At Koncile, we built an MCP OCR server so that Claude, Cursor, or any compatible AI agent can extract, read, and manage documents without a single line of integration code
